Let's customize your windshield with the options you prefer. So, where should we start? We begin with heavy-duty materials cut with CNC precision and manufactured in America. We begin with a two-piece Lexan windshield with loop clamps. The 2-piece windshield's unique construction allows it to function in all seasons. During colder months, the large windshield provides adequate front wind protection. During the warmer months, the 2-piece independent windshield portions allow the lower section to be removed for increased air flow while the top serves as a bug shield. The windshield is mounted using vibration-damping loop clamps made of zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating for cushioning. All hardware for the loop clamps is included.
BASE MODEL:
The upper and lower windshields are made of ¼" Lexan polycarbonate. Lexan is the original brand of polycarbonate and has remarkable impact strength. When selecting a windshield, always choose ¼" thickness. ¼ "polycarbonate will not bow at high speeds or when hauling as compared to 3/16".
2 PIECE DESIGN: Each windshield portion attaches independently of the other. This gives the rider the choice of riding with both portions on or only the top or bottom when additional air is needed in the cab.
AUTOMOTIVE TRIM—A flexible PVC edge trim has been added around the bottom of the lower windshield portion. The trim has a flexible bubble to help seal any gaps between the windshield and the hood line. The trim along the hood line is standard in all windshield models.
OPTIONS:
QUICK INSTALL STRAPS and TRIM-The Quick Install Straps offer the quickest and easiest windshield installation on the market. NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED! Thread the straps through the windshield slots, mount, and connect them using military-grade hook and loop fasteners. IT IS THAT EASY. Additional automotive trim is applied to the sides of the windshield.
VENTS-Add vents to your windshield to allow for air movement when necessary. A series of vents is put in front of the driver and passenger seats. To open and close the vents, simply slide the cover side to side.

Upon receipt of your windshield and before removing the protective film from each side, please:
Inspect for any damages, including scratches protruding through the protective film
Ensure product satisfaction with mounting hardware
Once the protective film is removed, the windshield is no longer returnable or refundable.
