The rear windshield serves two main purposes: protecting the cab from blowback while providing maximum rear visibility. To enhance its effectiveness, an upper extension has been added at the top of the rear panel. This extension closes the gap between the rear windshield and the hard top, which limits air flow between them. This design helps reduce unwanted air coming into the cab while maintaining clear visibility to the rear. The windshield is typically made from durable materials like ¼” Lexan polycarbonate, which resists bowing at high speeds and provides impact strength. Installation usually involves heavy-duty straps without the need for tools, and vents can be optionally added for controlled airflow when desired. This combination of features ensures comfort and visibility for the occupants while driving off-road or in windy conditions.

BASE MODEL:

• ¼ POLYCARBONATE-The rear windshield is made of ¼ Lexan polycarbonate.  Lexan is the original brand of polycarbonate and offers incredible impact strength. When choosing a windshield, always select ¼ thickness.  ¼ polycarbonate will not bow at high speeds or when hauling as compared to 3/16.

OPTIONS:

• VENTS-Add vents to your windshield for air flow when needed.  The vents open and close by simply sliding the cover side-to-side.

Upon receipt of your windshield and before removing the protective film from each side, please¦.

• Inspect for any damage, including scratches protruding through the protective film
• Ensure product satisfaction with mounting hardware
• Confirm correct fitment

Once the protective film is removed, the windshield is no longer returnable or refundable.
